Gaynell Mays recently joined Free At Last as its Executive Director from Ravenswood Community Health Clinic where she served as their Senior Human Resources Director. Gaynell has twenty years of experience in Human Resource Management, Administration, Employee relations, contracts, compensation and benefits across a spectrum of organizations. She also has a deep understanding of contract and legal requirements, organizational efficiency and is skilled in fostering communication and collaboration with a wide range of constituents.
Gaynell is also a community member having grown up in East Palo Alto and was very familiar with Free at Last prior to joining the agency.
